About Me

Hi, I’m Daisy, the practitioner behind New England Bowen Therapy.

I’ve always been passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies and feel more at ease within themselves. With over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer and owner of Elements Fitness, I’ve worked with many people experiencing imbalances, stiffness, and injuries that don’t always resolve through exercise alone.

Over time, I began to feel that something was missing.

After experiencing Bowen Therapy myself—and noticing not only how much better I felt in my body, but also significant improvements in long-standing injuries—I knew I had to learn more. It felt like the missing link.

To me, true wellness isn’t just about feeling strong and capable—it’s about feeling balanced, supported, and at ease in your own body.

I deeply believe in the body’s innate ability to heal, and that when given the right environment, it can restore itself in powerful ways. I’m especially passionate about the nervous system—supporting the shift from a constant “fight or flight” state into “rest and digest.”

In today’s fast-paced world, many of us are living in a constant state of stress without even realising it. Bowen Therapy offers a gentle way to help your body slow down, reset, and truly rest.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, out in nature, soaking up the sunshine—often barefoot. I love to create (you’ll often find me crocheting) and enjoy experimenting in the kitchen, making nourishing, feel-good versions of the treats we all love. I also love moving my body in whatever way feels nourishing and supportive at the time.

My goal is simple—to help you feel more comfortable, balanced, and at home in your own body.
